Terms of use

These terms define the rules for accessing and using Spot Pro, a SaaS service for professional salon management, including scheduling, team, clients, services, checkout, public visibility and subscriptions.

The general rules on access, account security and personal use apply to every Spot Pro user. Only a salon owner or authorized representative confirms authority to act for the salon; an employee accepts these terms only for their own use and does not bind the salon.

Only the salon owner or authorized representative is responsible for the accuracy of business information, service setup, team access, published content and visibility settings. These obligations do not apply to an employee acting solely through personal access.

Spot Pro may restrict, suspend or remove public visibility for a workspace in case of misuse, security risk, breach of these terms or unpaid billing.

Subscription, billing, payment, commercial-information and representation obligations apply only to the salon owner or authorized representative. An employee does not accept these obligations on behalf of the salon.

Paid Spot Pro subscriptions may be processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle then manages the transaction, certain tax handling, payment support and approved refunds for those orders.

Unless otherwise stated during purchase, cancellation stops future renewals and access may remain available until the end of the already paid period.

BTI Labs is under the French VAT exemption regime: VAT not applicable - article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Spot Pro uses reasonable efforts to provide an available, secure and maintained service, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, security or technical incidents.

The service helps manage professional activity, but does not replace the salon's legal, accounting, tax, employment or operational obligations.
